works for everything in the ResourcePack and Consumable slots, and doesn't exceed maxAmmo for given item type. (no stacking cryo grenades)
currently WIP/spamming the console (sorry).* 95% working but emptied items might stick around for observers after you stack. doesn't break anything though, just removes the 0-ammo item after it gets picked up again.
*0.10.1 updated to use newer harmony syntax, applying GUID to harmony instance, and disable most debug output by default (use StacksData.debugOutputActive=true to spam the console again)
*0.10.3 fixed a bug preventing players from dropping power cells
